Priming the aileron skins^1.5h

Another short session -- primed the skins.

All the same -- scuffed with Prekote, then primed with Stewart Systems EkoPoxy.

Also, Vans posted an update regarding the "underpressed" ribs. According to them, this should not be a problem.
