Redoing the fuse panel

Well, after checking my fuse panel against the new Garmin Axis screens, I realized I have an interference problem!
The issue is the avionics buses (the two smaller ones) -- they are located too far aft, so they will interfere with the screen. To fix that, I am relocating them to a hinged panel in front of the subpanel.
This was my first attempt at making the panel.
Then I realized that I will get another interference issue -- this time with the SCAT tubing going from the NACA vents!
So I redesigned the panel in a slightly different shape, to get some space for the SCAT.
This is a 3D-printed template over the panel material.
I cut the rough openings by drilling the holes and then cutting with a jigsaw.
Then I traced the template with my router on a router table using a template bit, and got the final shape (I didn't take a photo of the panel without the fuse blocks).
As you can see, my hinge is now longer than it should be, but that's not an issue.
Then I added front supports for the panel. On one side, it attaches to the same angle that holds the left battery and an Adel clamp for a feed wire. On the other side, I created a bracket attaching it to the F-695 fuselage gusset. It's not a perfect support (a bit too springy since the bracket is flat), but given that it is only to support a relatively light component, I think it is fine.
