Creating brackets to hold the wires.^1h

I created simple brackets to hold the wires at the wing tip.

To make sure wires are held securely, I created simple angle brackets that allow for attaching an Adel clamp to the wires exiting at the wing tip. The issue with that location is that due to the reinforcement bead in the rib, I had to make a pretty long angle bracket so that it could be attached to the flat areas of the rib.
